Primary Teacher

• Create a stimulating and safe environment for Reception children to grow and thrive
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development through play and structured learning
• Assess progress and provide feedback that celebrates the little wins and builds confidence
• Collaborate closely with your year group partner and wider school team—there’s no lone wolves here
• Contribute to planning and development meetings (they’re creative and supportive, we promise!)

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Proven experience in an EYFS setting, preferably Reception class
• Strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Framework
• Creative mindset with a passion for learning through play
• Excellent communication skills with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Positive, flexible attitude with a team-player approach
