- Regional Strategy Development
- Design and execute regional marketing strategies that support revenue targets, customer growth, and brand visibility.
- Align with sales leadership to understand territory goals, challenges, and priorities.
- Campaign Planning and Execution
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, field events, email, content, webinars, etc.) tailored to regional audiences.
- Localize global campaigns for regional effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with product marketing, content, digital, and analytics teams to execute go-to-market strategies. Localize efforts.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to coordinate campaigns, track feedback, and adjust plans based on performance.
- Market & Competitive Insight
- Analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to refine positioning and messaging.
- Identify and act on growth opportunities within the region.
- Budget Management
- Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
- Regional Webinar and Event management
- Ensure events are run with an eye on ROI
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a regional or field marketing role.
- Proven track record of supporting revenue through targeted marketing strategies and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, pipeline management, and campaign ROI metrics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
