A leading international law firm is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join its highly respected London-based employment practice. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of employment law, advising major corporates and financial institutions on complex, high-stakes matters across advisory, and transactional workstreams.You'll be part of a dynamic team that plays a pivotal role in the firm's full-service offering. The work is diverse and intellectually stimulating, spanning:
  • Strategic employment advisory and compliance
  • High-profile litigation and dispute resolution
  • Employment aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions
  • Regulatory investigations and senior executive matters
  • Collective labour issues, including union and works council negotiations
  • ESG, diversity and inclusion, and remuneration governance

  • Extensive post-qualification experience in employment law
  • Background in a top-tier City or national employment practice
  • Strong exposure to advisory, litigation, and transactional matters
  • Familiarity with financial services regulation (e.g. SMCR, remuneration code)
  • England & Wales qualified (or equivalent) with solid UK employment law expertise
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • A commercial, client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
