All heart.What your role isAs HR Business Partner, you will report to the Human Resources, VP, International and partner closely with our four Unit HR Leaders (Brazil; China; Europe, Australia and North Asia "EUAU&NA"; and Global Emerging Markets "GEMs") to provide business partnership to four International functional VPs including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources (across the US, Australia and Switzerland). The HRBP will sit on our four Leadership Teams and play a leadership role in ensuring we have strong talent pipelines, an engaging and inclusive culture, and an effective operating model that delivers on our priorities as a Segment. You will partner with these central functions and their leaders in the pursuit of accelerating profitable growth by providing strategic direction, governance, project management, and consultation for functions outside of North America.This role will allow you to gain experience in complex project management, change leadership, matrix relationship management, and exposure to multiple businesses within the International segment. Additionally, it will help you build on all four core HR capabilities (Business Mindset and Insights, Situational Agility, Credible Influence, and Data & Analytics Mindset) while also building depth in specialized HR capabilities (Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, and Consulting Agility).KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Act as the primary HR Business Partner to four key International SLT leaders - Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources.
  • Provide strong strategic and executional support to these leaders and their teams to ensure both long-term strategy and short-term operations are delivered.
  • Proactively partner with business leaders, Unit HR Directors, and the International HR team to deliver strong business performance by developing and implementing key talent, organization and culture priorities for the teams.
  • Coach and influence senior leaders; provide team effectiveness and development support
  • Lead annual talent processes across the central functions supported, partnering closely with International and Enterprise HR to ensure integrated processes and consistent talent standards are followed across geographies
  • This HRBP role requires flexibility to work across time zones and may require some global travel (~10%)
What you will bring to the teamMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Significant and relevant professional experience within a multinational/international company; experience in the FMCG/CPG industry desired supporting Marketing, and other corporate functions.
  • A strong background with HR Business Partner accountabilities required, including talent management, change management, consulting agility, leadership development/coaching and organizational design
  • Cultural agility and flexibility to partner across multiple cultures, diverse backgrounds, different businesses and time zones
  • Strong strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to translate the business agenda into HR strategy and lead all the way through execution
  • A track record of strong coaching, conflict management and influence up, down, and across the organization
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills and an interest in being part of a fluid and cohesive team
  • Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation and a learning mindset
  • A strong bias for action – able to deliver on the short-term while also having a clear vision and plan to tackle long term opportunities.
  • Demonstrated an ability to test new ideas, learn, refine/pivot, and move forward at high-speed.
  • Models engaging leader behaviors with a focus on learning mindset, productive discourse, and fostering agility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Masters in Human Resources or Industrial Relations or MBA preferred
  • Proven experience working successfully across multiple geographies within a global function and/or matrix highly desired
  • Strong data & analytics skills
