Project LeaderLocation: Broughton (Onsite)Contract: 12 months (Inside IR35)Pay Rate: £40 p/h (via an umbrella company)We are seeking a proactive Enablement/Project Leader to drive operational excellence and innovation across aerospace production facilities. This role focuses on implementing new ways of working, introducing advanced tooling solutions, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals in a high-rate production environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enablement initiatives to support increased production rates through best practices and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain a governance framework for tooling strategy and investment planning.
  • Identify and implement new technologies to enhance sustainability and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee daily tooling operations, including LOLER compliance and FOD improvement.
  • Manage and develop enablement teams, fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS and airworthiness standards, while driving SQCDP performance.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working within an Aerospace/Manufacturing environment
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and responsive to change in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and project delivery.
