- Process and verify employee payroll data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of statutory returns, such as PAYE and National Insurance.
- Respond to payroll queries from staff and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team on monthly and annual reporting tasks.
- Support audits by providing payroll-related documentation and information as required.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legislation and guidelines.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
- Previous experience in payroll operations or a related role.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Salary ranging between £28,000 and £32,000.
