Referral Manager RequiredContract type: PermHours: Full Time (Remote)Location: BirminghamPay: £35,000 per annumVenn Group are looking for a Referral Manager for a Housing Charity in Birmingham.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for sourcing good referrals, assessing them and then placing them into the most appropriate property/ community to best suit their needs
  • Organise and procure tenants
  • Ensure all void properties re let out with long term reliable tenants
The successful candidate will have:
  • Demonstratable experience in a similar role
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • DBS
  • Existing knowledge of Birmingham Referrals
  • Own vehicle
