We are hiring a reliable and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEN department in Wirral. This is a full-time, long-term position commencing in September.Responsibilities & Skills:
- Supporting students with special educational needs in both class activities and one-on-one sessions.
- Promoting student engagement and emotional well-being.
- Maintaining accurate records of student behaviour and development.
- Communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Building strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Minimum 6 months of experience assisting children with SEN in a UK classroom setting.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (registered or willing to obtain).
- The right to work in the UK.
- Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
