StaffCo Direct are recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work in their Milton Keynes Office in a busy hub on a warm desk. Due to business growth we need someone that is ready to hit the ground running, able to use their own initiative and willing to progress within the company.Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, advertising, shortlisting and recruiting suitable candidates for clients as well as developing client relationships.Monday - Friday.Hours of work08:30 - 17:00 Mon to Thur08:30 - 16:30 Friday - Dress Down Day!On call phone 1 week/weekend per month.Responsible for
  • Primary contact for daily communications for clients and candidate requirements.
  • Managing and actively recruiting to develop a driver pool ensuring all company standards are met
  • Attend Service Visits with Clients to develop long term relationships that are built on trust and service delivery
  • Working closely with existing clients to understand our current market share and work with Branch Managers and the Operations Manager to increase and / or gain new business within the clients existing network.
  • Monitor and manage recruitment needs for key clients, and advance plan for their peaks and troughs, ensuring maximum utlisation of driver pool at all times
  • Provide on the job training, support and mentoring to Consultants & Trainees.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer care to clients and candidates
