RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 7 + PQE, TYNE & WEAR, £45,000 - £55,000 DOE.   • This role involves managing residential conveyancing matters, supporting the Head of Department with the day-to-day operations of the department, and providing supervision and guidance to junior team members.
  • You will support the success of the department and the firm by driving business development and marketing efforts while consistently delivering exceptional quality and client care.
  • Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 7 years' post qualification experience, a strong background in managing complex domestic conveyancing matters.
  • Proven ability to supervise and support junior team members with their caseloads, combined with essential experience usig the Land Registry Portal.
