PHARMA AIR EXPORT CLERK required for our client in COLNBROOKOur client covers all logistical needs - Air Freight/Ocean Freight/Rail Freight/Road Freight and have over 150 sites across the globe.Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00Main duties:

Quoting
Dealing directly with shippers and overseas agents
Exports Customs Entries
Invoicing
Completing varied exports jobs from start to finish
Occasionally arranging road freight shipments, entries, T1 declarations

Be part of Export on call rota – 1 week in 8, which would include weekend coverage (remotely – from 6pm Friday - 9am the following FridayRequired qualifications:

Level CO AvSec trained desirable but not essential as training can be provide

Required Experience:Previous air export experiencePharma Knowledge and experienceBoxtop or Sequioa experience would be an advantage but not essential as training would be givenPersonal skills:

Good communication
Well-organised - Able to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
Good commercial awareness.
