What You'll Be DoingAs our Process Control Systems Engineer, you'll take ownership of critical automation systems that keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems
  • Diagnosing faults and implementing upgrades across site-wide control systems
  • Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams on automation improvements
  • Supporting capital projects and ensuring control systems meet industry standards
  • Monitoring industrial networks and ensuring robust communication protocols
  • Enhancing process efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your technical know-how will directly influence operational success.We're looking for someone with a strong technical background in industrial control systems and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.You'll need:
  • A degree or HNC with experience in Electrical, Control Systems, or Automation Engineering
  • Proven experience with Siemens S7, Allen Bradley, or similar PLCs
  • Strong knowledge of SCADA, HMI development, and industrial communication protocols
  • Experience in fault finding, system optimisation, and commissioning new systems
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
