KS1 Supply Teacher📍 Location: Lewes⏰ Hours: 08:30 – 15:30📄 Contract Type: Day-to-Day SupplySupply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across Brighton & Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex.We are currently looking for enthusiastic and adaptable KS1 Supply Teachers to join our network of schools in Lewes. Whether you are an experienced teacher seeking flexibility or a newly qualified teacher (NQT/ECT) looking to gain more classroom experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work across various primary schools in the area.As a KS1 Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students are engaged and progressing during your time with them.🔑 Key Responsibilities:
  • 📚 Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
  • 🎓 Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • 🏫 Adapt to different school settings and follow school policies and practices to ensure a smooth learning experience for the children.
  • 🎯 Support the development of young learners, ensuring equal opportunities for all students in your care.
✅ Requirements:
  • 🎓 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • 📋 Strong classroom management skills with a focus on young children.
  • 📢 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 🛡️ Current DBS registered on the update service (or willing to apply)..
