Job Title: Warehouse OperativeLocation: Cardiff, CF3 2ESJob Length: PermanentWorking Hours: 45 hours per week. Starting at 10am and finishing at 7pm on a Monday to Friday basis. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.About the role:If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:Role Responsibilities:
  • Using a powered pallet truck, pick cases onto pallets for the dray crews, ensuring safe manual handling techniques are always used.
  • Unloading inbound stock where necessary.
  • Using an FLT to safely assemble and load stock onto drays.
  • Holding health and safety at the forefront of all procedures
  • Assist with stock counting where required.
  • Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy.
Experience and Key Attributes:
  • Experience using reach truck & FLT / reach truck & FLT Licence preferred.
  • Experience working within a warehouse for an FMCG
  • Customer Service
  • Manual Handling
  • Health and Safety practices
