- Experience working with internal commercial teams
- Experience working on software and services integration and implementation programmes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong planning and organisational skills
- Supporting software delivery in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Strong organisational skills and flexibility
- Experience with APIs, ideally Rest, Json or XML
- Strong background in a SaaS environment
- Strong Communication and stakeholder management skills (technical/commercial/customer)
- Comfortable with cascading unfavourable prioritisation decisions to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of Agile methodologies
- Previous experienced working in a implementation/consultancy customer facing role
- Some Coding/ scripting skills; SQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript
- Working in an Azure or cloud environment.
