It’s a full-time role, perfect for someone who loves variety, values teamwork, and is confident leading groups or stepping into class cover when needed.You’ll love this role if you:
  • Are a qualified HLTA (or have equivalent experience)
  • Know your phonics from your fronted adverbials
  • Can support teachers across the school, from small group work to whole-class cover
  • Bring energy, patience, and a big heart to every school day
  • Want to work in a friendly, inclusive school that values its support staff
