Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with other room leaders to create engaging learning opportunities.
  • Planning and preparing activities based on observations and children's interests.
  • Supporting children's development, fostering independence, and implementing care routines.
  • Observing and recording children's progress while contributing to tailored educational programs.
