Lawyer - Commercial PropertySLLP (LB Merton)6 month contract initiallyRate: Negotiable, umbrella (Indicate rate sought)35 hours per weekOffice attendance 2 days per week for the first two months.We are looking for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer with external lawyers management skills, education and academy experience for land dealings including foundations schools including development experience for the same, large scale housing stock transfer experience and estate ballot experience and
who can deal with lease and licence work across our 5 borough shared services with the exception of routine residential matters.Can demonstrate continuous 18 month post with a local authority not numerous ad hoc short posts for a number of authorities.
( Not right to buy, lease extensions, residential management)
You should be able to demonstrate good experience of managing a workload relating to commercial property asset management e.g. sales, purchases, leases, licence etc, good understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions.
