- Communicate clearly with both customers and the workshop
- Upsell service packages and additional work where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records and manage customer expectations
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (main dealer background preferred)
- A friendly, professional attitude and great communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience
- Monday to Friday only - no weekends
