Regional, committed law firm looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their Preston office.Within this role, you will be joining a small team undertaking general Civil Litigation matters including:
  • Contested wills and probates
  • Commercial Litigation matters
  • Boundary disputes
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Harassment and defamation
  • Contract disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
