- Commercial responsibility for developing existing and new brands through commercial value added tools
- Working with the Lead Healthcare Partnership Manager and different regions to utilise current NHS objectives to develop commercial plans to capitalise access opportunities to establish better relationships and leverage the clients brand
- To work closely with the Clinical Partnership Manager in the development of advocates and clinical networks across the area in line with leveraging the value added tools to deliver clinical services.
- Develop and manage key strategic account management relationships with key decision makers
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations between provider units and Integrated Care Boards / Health Boards to develop a one ICB / Health Board approach for wound care
- Identify opportunities for the sales and marketing teams to work with customers on therapy area management initiatives
- To gather intelligence on customer plans, formulary updates and changes to guidelines. Consider likely implications that these changes may have for the client and signpost accordingly. Ability to forecast and present growth analysis
- Previous experience in an NHS Liaison, Healthcare Development Manager (HDM), Healthcare Partnership Manager (HPM) role, or Key Account Management (KAM)
- Record of success in selling medical devices, preferably in the field of wound care is an advantage
- Able to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities
- Negotiation and networking skills associated with producing successful outcomes.
- Successful in the healthcare arena, with knowledge of the NHS system and processes.
- Evidence of building strong and productive stakeholder/KOL relationships particularly with ICB customers; commissioning and service level (meds managers, pharmacists, procurement)
