Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming Year 6 class in a fantastic Rochdale primary school. This is a long-term, full-time role beginning in September 2025, ideal for someone eager to support pupils in the lead-up to SATs and the transition to secondary school.Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to Year 6 pupils, ensuring they remain focused and engaged in learningDeliver 1:1 and small group interventions to boost progress, especially in core subjectsAssist with classroom preparation, including learning resources and displaysPromote positive behaviour and support pupils’ emotional wellbeingWork with children with additional needs when required (SEN experience is a bonus)What We Offer:
