- Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness for 1300 employees
- Involvement in a system implementation and transformation project

- Management of 1 payroll administrator
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate data flow for payroll purposes.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
- Provide support during audits and implement process improvements where necessary.
- Stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll operations.
- Proven experience in managing payroll processes within the FMCG or similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
