- Carrying a caseload of only Wellbeing Assessments as a rule, but may be required to do an occasional Child Protection investigation
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services
- Be available to undertake visits in Cardiff
