- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions and address client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and solutions that align with client requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Expand within existing accounts through relationships and prospecting new personas to engage with
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets to ensure the success of Omdia, the intelligence and advisory business of Informa TechTarget.
- Deliver on sales targets and work towards exceeding them, contributing to the overall company revenue goals.
- Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Utilise CRM tools for efficient pipeline management and reporting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align strategies and enhance offerings.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to share market insights and contribute to product/service enhancements.
- Demonstrable experience in semiconductors, ideally pre-existing client relationships and sector knowledge. We will look favourably on experience in Omdia's core markets of enterprise technology, consumer tech, IT channels, media, telecommunications and industrial technology.
- The ability to demonstrate a consultative approach when working with business-to-business buyers of research and consulting services.
- A confident and articulate verbal and written communicator, who can foster strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Demonstrates a pragmatic and commercially astute approach to decision making.
- Possesses excellent prioritisations skills and has the foresight to anticipate obstacles and needs.
- Has gravitas and mental agility when presenting solutions, creates proposals and close sales based on thoughtful analysis of customer needs and expectations.
