- BTEC or NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Science. Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Medicines Management qualified.
- ACPT qualified.
- Service Improvement Qualification - Silver. Management /Leadership Qualification.
- Experience of working with electronic clinical information systems
- Experience of data manipulation using a range of data formats and tools e.g. basic pivot tables/excel graphs and audit work.
- Wide experience of the use of pharmacy computer systems.
- Previous experience of training staff.
- Experience of working with an ePMA / EPR system
- Management/supervisory experience.
- Experience in writing Standard Operational Procedures
- Computing skills, ability to use Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access.
- Relevant pharmaceutical, legal and professional legislation
- Well-motivated, reliable, methodical.
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative whilst maintaining attentions to detail and accuracy.
- Able to act as a role model and mentor for staff.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Able to develop new procedures and initiate them.
- Commitment to continuing education.
- Organised and adaptable.
- Ability to travel within health board.
- Able to work flexible hours around go-live support.
- Membership of a relevant professional association.

- Ability to speak Welsh.
