
Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain & Demand Forecasting

- Own the product vision and roadmap for Supply Chain planning, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Category, and Supply Chain teams to understand business needs and pain points, and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Work closely with Data and Engineering teams to design and deploy forecasting models, planning tools, and replenishment algorithms.
- Build tools that help us make smarter purchasing and stocking decisions-from SKU-level forecasting to distribution centre inventory health.
- Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, defining product requirements, delivery, feedback and iteration-owning the end-to-end product lifecycle of new tools and features with clear success metrics.
- Ensure seamless integration to upstream/downstream systems logistics, warehouse operations, and commercial planning tools.
- Partner with Data science team to continuously monitor accuracy, forecast drift, and inventory performance.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on supply chain, demand forecasting, or inventory systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, planning workflows, and the trade-offs between availability, inventory cost, and forecast accuracy.
- Experience working with or integrating data science/ML models (e.g. demand forecasting, replenishment algorithms) into real-world tooling.
- Proven track record of building internal tools with complex logic and dependencies.
- Strong quantitative skills, structured, systems-thinking mindset-able to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across Ops, Engineering, Commercial, and Exec teams with clear product narratives and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, and project management abilities.
