- Experience managing complex criminal cases.
- Desirable: Police Station Accredited.
- Desirable: Duty Solicitor qualified, or willingness to undertake the Magistrates Court Qualification within the first 12 months.
- Highly dynamic with a drive to generate work for the firm.
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive in managing and progressing files with consistent attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a high-pressure, high-workload environment.
- Strong understanding of client care and commitment to Criminal Law.
- Confident, resilient, and able to develop productive relationships with third parties, including court staff, counsel, and the CPS.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and flexibility to support all teams with a “can-do” attitude.
