Our data ingestion function is a critical component of this strategy, and we are investing significantly in its expansion to meet growing demand across the firm.We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to lead the strategic development and expansion of our Data Ingestion function. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of data services at one of the UK's leading professional services firms, driving innovation while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.As our Data Ingestion leader, you will oversee the strategic development of enterprise-level data processing capabilities, lead complex ETL implementations, and cement RSM as a market leader. You will drive the expansion of our team and capabilities whilst building strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders across the firm and with major clients.You'll make an impact by:
  • Developing and executing the strategic vision for data ingestion services across RSM UK
  • Leading and expanding the data ingestion team to meet growing demand
  • Driving innovation in ETL processes and emerging data integration technologies
  • Leading engagement with major clients on complex data integration requirements
  • Representing RSM at industry conferences and in senior-level discussions
What we are looking for:Your experience might come from leading data practices at consultancy firms, heading data teams at major corporations, or directing technology implementations at software companies. What matters most is your ability to lead strategic transformation whilst maintaining operational excellence and building high-performing teamsHere's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
  • Extensive experience in data management, integration, or analytics with proven team leadership
  • Strong background in enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of large-scale ETL implementations, data architecture, and modern data platforms
  • Strong client-facing experience with senior-level stakeholder management and business development
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to drive change and innovation in complex organisations
