ResponsibilitiesJoin the ba&sh family and make your career shine!As Assistant Manager you are the right arm of the Manager of the point of sale and will help them with all their tasks. You will be in direct contact with our customers.You are a brand ambassador with some key tasks:· Coaching the sales team (reinforcing their product knowledge and sales techniques)· Growing the turnover· The ability to encourage customer loyalty through your courtesy and relevant advice· Having an in-depth knowledge of our story and who we are, our offer, our silhouettes and our collections· Keeping the brand image brightOn a daily basis your role will include:· Your role as a link with the point of sale Manager· Motivating the sales team and sharing your expertise with them· Offering our customers a personalised purchasing experience· Keeping the point of sale clean and tidy and the merchandising up to date· Stock Management· In-depth knowledge of KPIs such as the sales index, the average basket, transformation rate and omnichannel salesYou will also need to ensure ba&sh's CSR policy is respected in your point of sale and be its ambassador on a daily basis.Profil recherchéAt ba&sh we believe in the power of a smile, having a passion for your job and being motivated by the desire to help our customers have an exceptional purchasing experience.
