With minimum visits of one hour, award winning paid training, and an excellent reputation, we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide.The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Welwyn areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector- this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK, and the leading provider of care to the elderly.We are now seeking people to work with our elderly clients and can negotiate with you your availability - tell us what suits you, and let us work our magic (within reason).We are also very happy to speak to people looking for a couple of hours work each day, including weekend's - so if you are retired, bored, in need of extra income, looking for new friends, or keen to give something back, then give us a call.We do require all staff work their agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential.You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence.You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process.   • A working day that suits your availability.
  • Rates of £12.00per hour (average with benefits £14.00 per hour).
  • Evening and weekends, higher pay rates.
  • Mileage allowance of £0.30/per mile to £0.45/per mile.
  • Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply).
  • Minimum 1-hour visits.
  • All time spent in training is paid at your standard rate.
  • Holiday Pay & Pension.
