
Finance Business Partner

- Take ownership of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across multiple contracts and sites.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial controls, strengthening governance and minimising risk.
- Oversee efficient and compliant procurement processes, aligned with budgets and business needs.
- Act as a trusted business partner to operational leaders, supporting delivery of strategic and commercial objectives.
- Lead on debt management and invoicing, ensuring timely resolution of overdue balances and unbilled work.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to operational teams to build financial and commercial awareness.
- Identify risks and opportunities, escalating concerns to senior leadership and proposing solutions.
- Recruit, develop, and motivate finance and procurement staff to achieve high performance.
- Offer commercial insight and advice on service development, major projects, and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with business unit managers.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and benchmarking data to drive contract performance.
- Build strong client relationships, advising on financial and commercial improvements that add value.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified preferred – QBE with relevant experience also considered
- Prior operations/project finance experience essential
