Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annumAllied Resource are currently recruiting for an AV Project Manager to work for a fantastic company based in Oxfordshire. Successful candidates will be responsible for site management of AV installation projects, mainly working on Smart Homes, which are usually very high end properties. There will also be some commercial projects. We will need someone with a strong management background that is also highly technical able to troubleshoot problems if needed.Responsibilities:- Managing all aspects of the project scheduling in conjunction with any key main contractor programme.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently whilst maintaining focus on budget and effective project delivery.
- Liaise with the procurement team to ensure a timely and cost-effective purchasing and delivery programme is maintained.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure all drawings and supporting documentation is accurate for project delivery.
- Ensure that Health & Safety documentation is compliant and maintained for all projects.
- Prepare all documentation at the end of the project for handover to the client.Must Have:- Previous AV Project Management experience, preferably working on various projects at the same time.
- Product knowledge including Control 4 & Lutron
