- Own the global digital marketing strategy. Drive growth, ROI, CAC, and LTV across all regions.
- Lead Performance Marketing across all core channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Influencers, and Affiliates) with a relentless focus on results.
- Optimise conversion & retention - Guide full-funnel strategies that convert leads into loyal clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally partnering with Product, CRM, and Creative to deliver seamless journeys and powerful brand storytelling.
- Scale international markets - Balance global brand consistency with localised marketing needs.
- Analyse & report - Provide clear insights to steer commercial decisions and growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving within the team.
- What we're looking for
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a performance marketing function.
- Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with all paid marketing platforms (including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and affiliate platforms)
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen but also hands-on when needed.
- Thrives on developing the team to deliver the right solutions to customers.
- Continuous improvement mentality.
- Strong negotiator with good influencing skills.
