We’re looking for a Challenging Behaviour Support Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Treorchy, working with KS3 & KS4 pupils who need extra support to thrive. This is your chance to make a lasting difference — helping students overcome barriers, build confidence, and re-engage with learning.💻 Interviews via Microsoft Teams – taking place over the next two weeks.What You’ll Be DoingDeliver 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural needs.Build trust and strong relationships to help students manage emotions.Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.Assist with schoolwork and keep students on track.Work closely with teachers to implement tailored support strategies.Safeguard student wellbeing and ensure a safe, structured environment.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 GCSEs (including core subjects).Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills.Experience in education, youth work, or care (desirable, not essential).Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).EWC registration (we can help you with this!).Why Work With Teaching Personnel?🌟 Dedicated Consultant Support – we guide you every step of the way.📚 Free CPD & Tr
