You’ll provide tailored support to individuals and small groups, helping them access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their potential. From assisting with lesson planning and delivering targeted interventions, to liaising with specialist services and contributing to behaviour management, your role will be varied, rewarding and impactful.They’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a flexible and reliable approach, and a genuine commitment to student welfare.
