- Provide strategic and commercial leadership for the health economics function across the business.
- Own the health economics P&L, driving growth, quality, and innovation.
- Lead the development of proposals and build long-term client relationships.
- Champion new service offerings and contribute to the strategic direction of HEOR services.
- Act as senior lead on key projects, mentoring teams and ensuring high-impact delivery.
- Represent the company externally at conferences, client meetings, and advisory boards.
- A strong technical background in health economics, with expertise in modelling and HTA.
- Proven experience in leading and growing high-performing teams.
- Commercial acumen and a track record of developing successful client partnerships.
- A collaborative, nurturing leadership style that supports team development and engagement.
- The ability to translate complex data into strategic insights, understanding the “so what” that drives client decisions..
