- Development of HIL Simulation Systems: Design and implement HIL simulation systems for the testing and validation of fuel cell controller software.
- Software Testing: Execute comprehensive software testing protocols on aerospace fuel cell controllers, ensuring reliability and adherence to industry standards.
- System Integration: Collaborate with software and hardware teams to integrate fuel cell controller software into broader system architectures.
- Data Analysis: Analyze test data to identify software anomalies and performance issues. Provide actionable insights for software improvement.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test suites to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including test plans, test reports, and system specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all software testing activities comply with organizational quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, systems engineers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive project progression.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in HIL technologies to continuously improve testing practices and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HIL systems, particularly in aerospace or automotive industries.
- Competent in developing and maintaining vehicle/system simulation and controls to ensure consistent and safe operation.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Familiarity with aerospace software standards and protocols.
- Experience in fuel cell technology and controller software is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both team environments and independently.
- Good knowledge of control system design methods, electrical engineering systems, communication protocols, and real-time software development.
- Experience with real-time simulation hardware and software.
- Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in embedded systems and firmware development
