Working under the professional and operational leadership of the Trust Lead for Psychological Services and Professions, your role will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the systems and relationships that support trainees throughout CWPT.These trainees are integral to the delivery of psychological services across the Trust, and your leadership will ensure a robust pipeline of skilled professionals to serve our communities. You will provide strategic direction and operational management for all aspects of the team, collaborating closely with academic institutions, Health Education England, and regional partners across the West Midlands.
