🕓 Kitchen Hours: 8am – 5pm (your evenings are free!)We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our energetic kitchen team in a bustling gastro restaurant in Ilkley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong CDP who’s ready to step up into a Junior Sous Chef role.You’ll be part of a 6-chef brigade, preparing fresh, seasonal dishes and daily specials for up to 100 covers a day during peak periods. All food is made in-house under the leadership of an experienced and supportive Head Chef.We value great organisation, strong mise en place, and a sense of humour in the kitchen.
