- Handle plot sales and new homes matters for key developer clients
- Draft, prepare and collate relevant legal documents and contracts
- Prepare detailed reports for clients and support them throughout the process
- Supervise and train junior members of the team
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, agents and developers
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, including post-completion support
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Previous exposure to plot sales or new build transactions is highly desirable
- You may be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or an experienced paralegal/fee earner with no formal qualification
- Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
