The Role:Are you an ambitious sales leader with experience in FMCG, selling directly to retailers and/or via distributors?Do you want to shape the growth of a successful British beauty brand with a strong international presence?Our client is seeking a Head of Sales to lead both UK and European sales, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will drive growth through key retail and distribution channels, oversee a small sales team, and play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s international reach.This is a hybrid role based partly in South West London, with home-working flexibility and regular travel.The Company:

The Package:
  • £55,000 – £65,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  • Performance-related incentives
The Person:We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with:
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales (retail and/or distributor channels)
  • Ideally experience managing and developing a small team
  • A background in beauty, fashion, or personal care (cosmetics, fragrances, skincare, haircare, accessories, or related categories preferred but not required)
  • A passion for international business and cross-border growth
  • Fluency in a second European language would be an advantage, though not essential.
  • This role is ideal for a current Head of Sales, Head of International Sales, or an International Sales Manager or National Sales Manager ready to step up.
