  • Raise accurate and timely shipping documentation taking into account different selling entities and subsequent export and import custom requirements.
  • Ensure current packaging, customs, country and customer specific requirements are met
  • Monitor all outstanding orders to ensure timely shipment and consolidation achieved
  • Manage collection of export shipments by ensuring all documentation entered on 3PL system with calculated commodity split to ensure no delays with shipment.
  • Manage home trade shipments and queries to support the wider team.
  • Cost shipments individually for freight invoice authorisation and accrual purposes
  • Monitor, pick and dispatch samples
  • Process returns from arrival to end use, physically and on SAP
Qualifications:
  • SAP trained
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Conscientious
  • Organised
