Gleeson are partnering with a long-established business in the manufacturing/FMCG sector, looking to bring a talented Management Accountant into their growing finance function.This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role with real visibility across the operation, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. Whether you're qualified or part-qualified (CIMA / ACCA), if you bring strong management accounting experience and a commercially curious mindset, we want to hear from you.The salary offering for this role is between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on expereince and qualifications.What you'll be doing:End-to-end ownership of weekly and monthly financial reportingFull P&L oversight, including variance analysis and commentarySupporting budgeting and forecasting cyclesBusiness partnering across key operational teamsPresenting financials to non-finance stakeholders, driving clarity and challengeLine management of one Assistant Accountant, with scope to develop themSupporting the wider SLT with data-driven decision makingWhat we're looking for:CIMA / ACCA qualified, or working towardsProven experience in management accounting within a product-led or fast-paced environmentConfident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholdersComfortable managing reporting deadlines and tight month-end schedulesStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailBonus if you have:Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or food productionExperience using SAP or similar ERP systemsThis role is ideal for someone who's ready to take ownership, challenge the norm, and make a real impact within a business that's investing in its people and processes.At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
