Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic Required in Crawley
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic Salary + Overtime + Productivity Bonus
  • Hours: 8.30 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota
We are currently working with a well respected Privately Run Family Dealer Group who have been operating in the local area for 90 successful years and counting. Our client boasts excellent feedback on all automotive and customer survey sites with an average customer feedback score of 4.5+ over 1000 reviews across Autotrader, Google and Trust Pilot.This client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dealership workshop in Crawley.They are seeking an Experienced Vehicle Technician who has at least 2 years workshop experience post apprenticeship in a professional car garage or a car dealership where you may not be treated as a fully skilled technician (once the apprentice, always the apprentice - sound familiar)! This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in the local area.Some of the perks within this Vehicle Technician Role are as follows:
  • An uncapped Bonus structure - realistically you will look to earn £38k+ but due to the bonus structure being uncapped and overtime available, the rewards you reap could be higher

In this Vehicle Technician role you will carry out routine maintenance and repair to a high standard. Communicating with colleagues and customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner while maintaining strong organisation, efficiency and accuracy.What our Client is looking for in the successful Vehicle Technician:
  • A working experience as a Car Technician.
  • A full and valid UK driving licence.
  • MOT Licence Preferred but not essential
  • Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details.
