- Manage projects end-to-end following the company's Project Management Process, ensuring alignment with safety, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction goals
- Lead and motivate cross-departmental project teams to meet time and budget targets, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Initiate, update, and manage project documentation, including commissioning and training materials, maintaining central file integrity
- Organise and chair key project meetings (e.g., handover and customer meetings), issuing action plans and minutes promptly
- Oversee design and installation phases, collaborating with Lead Designers and Installation Supervisors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety standards
- Actively manage health and safety, including conducting risk assessments, writing method statements, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders
- Manage commercial aspects, preventing scope creep, negotiating variation charges, and keeping projects within budget
- Maintain professional communication and conduct, representing the company's brand to internal and external stakeholders
- Complete "as fitted" drawings within three months of installation and manage snag lists to ensure timely resolution
- Support the sales department with site surveys, proposal layouts, and detailed planning of timelines and Gantt charts for potential projects
- HNC/HND in general, design, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience; candidates with alternative qualifications such as BTEC Level 3 or apprenticeships in relevant fields are welcome to apply
- Experience in project management within an engineering or comparable environment, demonstrating the ability to manage resources and deliver customer-focused outcomes
- Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel within the UK and potentially Europe, with flexibility to be contactable during key installation phases, including out-of-hours when required
- Desirable: Engineering Degree (BEng/MEng), Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM PMP), NEBOSH National General Certificate, or experience in 2D/3D CAD, contract law, or negotiation skills
