- Ensure adherence to internal and contractual quality standards
- Ensure all calls are answered and handled within internal and contractual SLAs
- Ensure all expressions of dissatisfaction are handled at first point of contact where able, or escalated immediately to enable prompt resolution
- Maintain open and transparent communication within the team
- Previous Inbound and outbound call experience
- Demonstrable customer facing role experience
- A great attitude and desire to help our customers
- Able to react to company needs
- Excellent verbal, listening and communication skills
- Well organised and able to prioritise
- An aptitude for investigating and problem solving
