- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape the overall product vision and agree on the shared OKRs for the products within your portfolio.
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-year technology roadmaps that provide clear direction and alignment across multi-disciplinary teams for successful delivery.
- Orchestrate project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
- Establish and manage a transparent governance structure that encourages open communication across the organization.
- Guide technology teams to navigate or eliminate organizational obstacles to delivery.
- Understand the regulatory environment and ensure a robust controls framework is in place.
- Utilize data-driven assets to review program performance, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate business results through metrics.
- Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into easily understood solutions.
- Demonstrated strong risk awareness and critical thinking abilities.
- Expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with a diverse audience across various levels of seniority.
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business or technical objectives into manageable activities.
- Degree-level education or higher in a STEM subject matter is preferred.
- Familiarity with Markets Sales processes and experience with trade booking systems in large organizations would be advantageous.
