Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Worthing
Pay: £85 - £95 per day

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding role, helping students to thrive both academically and personally.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs
  • Working closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support
  • Helping to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or other relevant experience)
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the students
