- Following the domestic and international business news agenda and pitching stories in meetings.
- Identifying potential contributors and booking guests to appear on programmes.
- Writing presenter cues and briefs to the highest standards of accuracy, demonstrating in-depth research.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with figures from the business world.
- This is a crucial role which requires fast, diligent work under pressure. It's an exciting job, working on two prestigious programmes, in a friendly, supportive, high-performing team.
- A proven ability to cut through jargon and tell complex stories in a way that is clear, engaging, and accessible to a broad audience.
- Strong knowledge of business and economics, both in the UK and internationally, with a keen eye for the stories that matter.
